Learn to meet men at depth and to create spaces where men can to feel comfortable and confident to show-up and be present in the moment. We share tools learnt from working with men’s groups and transforming the lives of thousands of men for over thirty years.

In this module we examine the role of the facilitator and how to listen so men speak, and speak so men listen. Drawing on a variety of disciplines, as well as learnings through personal trial-and-error, Kenny shares his techniques for how to hold space in a way that safely opens us up, rather than shutting things down.

What are the unique challenges that come with facilitating men’s groups? In this module, we’ll learn about the differences between the male and female mind, the effects of testosterone and cultural conditioning on men, and the subtle differences in how men communicate.

Holding space for men isn’t always easy and smooth. We’ll go in-depth on the most common fears and issues around starting and holding a men’s group, leaving you with the feeling that whatever happens, you can handle it.
